About The Position
Be Good Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a positive, collaborative work environment with opportunities for part-time or full-time work and potential career growth. The role involves greeting customers, answering phones, taking orders, preparing pizza, and providing excellent customer service. The position pays $17.13 to $18.00 per hour plus tips. Paid sick leave is provided under Washington State law. Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Multitask and manage time.
- Add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
- Sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Be team-oriented, punctual, dependable, and positive.
- Be comfortable talking to strangers, making suggestions, and helping others.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile.
- Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
- Make products consistent with Domino’s standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
- Answer phones, take orders, and prepare pizza while providing excellent customer service.
- Pitch in to help when needed.
