About The Position

Be Good Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is seeking a team-oriented Delivery Driver with personality, people skills, and hustle. Drivers primarily deliver accurate customer orders safely and on time. They also greet customers, answer phones, take orders, wash dishes, and prepare pizza while providing excellent customer service.

The position pays $17.13 to $18.00 per hour, plus eligibility for tips and mileage reimbursement. Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with Washington law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have at least two years of driving history.
• Be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Be able to multitask and manage time.
• Be able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be legally able to operate a motor vehicle in Washington and have a valid license and legal insurance.
• Provide a Motor Vehicle Report with no more than two infractions in the past two years.
• Have a positive attitude, be punctual and dependable, and be comfortable speaking with strangers, making suggestions, and helping when needed.

Responsibilities

• Use your own vehicle to deliver customer orders.
• Greet customers with a smile.
• Use the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products consistently with Domino’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
• Answer phones, take orders, wash dishes, and assist with pizza preparation as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
