About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers products by car to customers’ doors and distributes flyers and door hangers. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift within a designated delivery area. The role also includes general hourly store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role involves navigating delivery areas and customer locations, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and sites that may require climbing five or more flights of stairs. Drivers carry pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking and climbing, and travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations. The work may involve varying or adverse weather, and drivers need far and night vision for driving. The posted pay is $17.13 to $20.82 per hour, plus mileage and tips; cash tips are paid daily. Paid sick leave is provided per Washington State law. Qualifying full-time employees are offered employer-sponsored medical benefits. Requirements

Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers and comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Ability to perform the physical demands described, including standing, walking, carrying, lifting, reaching, and climbing stairs; deliveries may require navigating five or more flights of stairs.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.

Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
