About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff local stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career advancement, including progression into management and franchise ownership. Drivers deliver orders while also performing general store-team duties such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Must pass a background check meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain, including multistory buildings.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and outstanding people skills.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the listed physical tasks, including prolonged standing, frequent walking and hustling, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing and pulling trays, and occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and locate addresses using navigational skills.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Perform outside tasks such as removing trash.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone.
