About The Position

Deliver, sell, and merchandise PepsiCo beverage brands, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, by driving a route to local stores. The role involves unloading products, merchandising them to local standards, and building positive relationships so communities have access to beverages safely and on time. Drivers serve multiple stores each day, check in orders with store teams, and collect proof of delivery when needed. They stock shelves and coolers, build displays, rotate inventory, generate invoices, and maintain daily records using provided handheld tools. Training is provided. The position is based in San Antonio, Texas. Work is Monday through Saturday, with a split day off during the week. The start time is 4 a.m.; the end time is until the route is complete. The role is labor-intensive and involves frequent lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds, as well as reaching, squatting, bending, and working in a variety of weather conditions, with or without accommodation.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older.
Valid CDL Class A license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and compliance with DOT regulations. (The posting notes specific California exceptions: most California locations accept non-excepted intrastate or non-excepted interstate status, while Stockton requires non-excepted interstate status.)
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Ability, with or without accommodation, to repeatedly lift, load, and push or pull a significantly high volume of cases weighing 20–45 pounds during work hours.
Ability, with or without accommodation, to reach, squat, and bend while delivering and merchandising products, and to deliver products across a wide variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores.
Deliver products to multiple stops each day and check in orders with store teams, including collecting proof of delivery when needed.
Unload products and merchandise accounts to local standards.
Stock shelves and coolers, build displays, and rotate inventory for freshness and quality.
Generate invoices and maintain daily records using provided handheld tools.
Build positive relationships with store management while providing service and executing promotions and displays.
