About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers, sells, and merchandises PepsiCo beverage brands, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina. The role involves driving a route to local stores, delivering products to multiple stops, unloading and merchandising goods to local standards, and building positive relationships with store teams so communities have access to beverages safely and on time. The position is labor intensive and involves lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly during work hours, as well as reaching, squatting, and bending. The driver delivers and merchandises products in stores and works across a wide variety of weather conditions. Hands-on and classroom training is provided, and the work is fast-paced and on the go for most of the day.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Hold a valid CDL Class A license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and follow DOT regulations. The posting notes that certain California locations accept non-excepted intrastate status.
Communicate effectively in English.
Be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds during work hours, with or without accommodation.
Be able to reach, squat, and bend while delivering and merchandising products, and work across a wide variety of weather conditions, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route and serve local stores.
Deliver products to multiple stops each day and check in orders with store teams, including collecting proof of delivery when needed.
Unload products and merchandise accounts to local standards.
Stock shelves and coolers, build displays, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and quality.
Generate invoices and maintain daily records using provided handheld tools.
Build positive relationships with store management while providing service and executing promotions and displays.
