About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers safely deliver fresh customer orders and provide friendly, professional service. Between deliveries, they assist the store team with customer orders, food preparation, stocking, and cleaning. The role offers hourly wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement: $15.00 per hour while working inside the store and $7.50 per hour while dispatched on deliveries. Tips and mileage compensation are paid daily; actual tip earnings may vary based on shift, customer volume, location, and other factors. Flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and opportunities to learn, grow, and advance into management are offered.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Have reliable access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Have a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Be dependable and punctual.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Be willing to work as part of a team.
• Be able to manage time, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
• Be willing to participate in company-required driving safety monitoring programs.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, carry orders, navigate stairs and multi-story buildings, and bend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the store.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Be able to work in varying weather and temperature conditions and drive safely during daytime and nighttime hours.
