Delivery Driver Up to 30 per hour plus bonus of 1200
About The Position
Torero Logistics Corp. (TLC), based in DSF8 Richmond, is hiring motivated delivery drivers and is willing to train candidates with no prior experience. The position offers a base hourly pay of $27, depending on experience and schedule, with the opportunity to earn an additional $0.50 to $3.13 per hour in performance-, efficiency-, and attendance-based bonuses. A $1,200 discretionary bonus is paid in January; eligibility requires no call-outs each month and working at least five shifts per week. Paid time off, health benefits, a company-provided van, gas, insurance, and paid training are offered. Shifts are approximately 8–9 hours, from 9:15 a.m. to 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. Full-time employees work four to five days per week, and must work at least one weekend day. Operations run seven days per week. The work location is in person.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license; a commercial driver's license is not required.
- Must have no more than two accidents, tickets, or infractions on the driving record in the past three years.
- Must pass a pre-employment four-panel drug test.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds each.
- Must work at least one weekend day.
- Eligibility for the discretionary January bonus requires no call-outs each month and at least five shifts per week.
