Delivery Driver Up to 30 per hour plus bonus of 1200
About The Position
Torero Logistics Corp. (TLC), based in DSF8 Richmond, is hiring motivated delivery drivers and is willing to train suitable candidates; no prior experience is required. Base pay is $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and schedule, with the opportunity to earn an additional $0.50 to $3.13 per hour in performance-, efficiency-, and attendance-based bonuses. A discretionary $1,200 bonus is paid in January; eligibility requires no call-outs each month and at least five shifts per week. Paid time off and health benefits are offered. The company provides the delivery van, gas, insurance, and paid training. Operations run seven days per week. Full-time employees work four to five days per week and must work at least one weekend day. Work is in person.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license; a commercial driver's license is not required.
- No more than two accidents, tickets, or infractions on the driving record in the past three years.
- Must pass a pre-employment four-panel drug test.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds each.
- Great attitude and energy.
- Must work at least one weekend day.
- To qualify for the discretionary January bonus, have no call-outs each month and work at least five shifts per week.
