About The Position

Torero Logistics Corp. (TLC), based in DSF8 Richmond, is hiring motivated drivers and is willing to train suitable candidates with no prior experience. The role pays a base hourly rate of $27, depending on experience and schedule, with an opportunity to earn an additional $0.50 to $3.13 per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance. A discretionary $1,200 bonus is paid in January; eligibility requires no call-outs each month and at least five shifts per week. Paid time off, health benefits, and paid training are offered. A van, gas, and insurance are provided. Operations run seven days per week. Full-time employees work four to five days per week and must work at least one weekend day. The position is performed in person.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a valid driver's license; a commercial driver's license is not required.
Have no more than two accidents, tickets, or infractions on the driving record within the past three years.
Pass a pre-employment four-panel drug test.
Be able to lift, push, pull, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds each.
Have a great attitude and energy.
Work at least one weekend day.
