About The Position

Torero Logistics Corp. (TLC), based in DSF8 Richmond, is hiring motivated delivery drivers and is willing to train qualified candidates with no prior experience. The position pays a base hourly rate of $27, depending on experience and schedule, with opportunities to earn an additional $0.50 to $3.13 per hour in discretionary bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance. A $1,200 bonus is paid in January; eligibility requires no call-outs each month and at least five shifts per week. Paid training, paid time off, and health benefits are offered. A van, gas, and insurance are provided. Shifts are approximately 8–9 hours, from 9:15 a.m. to 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. The operation runs seven days per week. Full-time employees work four to five days per week and must work at least one weekend day. The work location is in person.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must possess a valid driver's license; a commercial driver's license is not required.
Must have no more than two accidents, tickets, or infractions on the driving record in the past three years.
Must pass a pre-employment four-panel drug test.
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds each.
Must have a great attitude and energy.
Must work at least one weekend day.
To qualify for the $1,200 January bonus, must have no call-outs each month and work at least five shifts per week.
