Delivery Driver Up to 30 per hour plus bonus of 1200
About The Position
Torero Logistics Corp. (TLC), based in DSF8 Richmond, is hiring motivated drivers and is willing to train qualified candidates; no prior experience is required. The role pays a base hourly rate of $26.50 depending on experience and schedule, with an opportunity to earn an additional $0.50 to $3.13 per hour in performance-, efficiency-, and attendance-based bonuses. A $1,200 discretionary bonus is paid in January; eligibility requires no call-outs each month and at least five shifts per week. Paid time off and health benefits are offered. A van, gas, and insurance are provided, and training is paid. Operations run seven days a week. Full-time employees work four to five days per week and are required to work at least one weekend day. The work location is in person.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license; a commercial driver's license is not required.
- Must have no more than two accidents, tickets, or infractions on the driving record in the past three years.
- Must pass a pre-employment four-panel drug test.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds each.
- Must have a great attitude and energy.
- Must work at least one weekend day.
- Must have at least five shifts per week and no monthly call-outs to qualify for the discretionary January bonus.
