About The Position
The Delivery Driver safely and promptly delivers cannabis products to customers within designated delivery areas. The role requires compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and protocols, while maintaining high standards of customer service. When no deliveries are scheduled, the driver assists with store tasks as needed. The driver verifies customer identification and age, maintains accurate delivery records, handles and secures products during transit, and follows policies for vehicle maintenance, safety, and security. The position may involve coordinating with dispatch on delivery assignments and updates, as well as planning efficient routes and observing all traffic laws. The role requires working in various weather conditions, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, and spending multiple hours seated in a vehicle. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and meet state and local regulatory requirements for cannabis delivery.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle and transport cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Able to spend multiple hours sitting in a vehicle while making deliveries.
- Missouri only: Must possess a Class E (Chauffeur’s) License or be willing to acquire one.

- Previous delivery experience is preferred but not required.
