About The Position

The Delivery Driver safely and promptly delivers cannabis products to customers in designated delivery areas while complying with regulatory requirements, company policies, and protocols. The role also includes maintaining accurate delivery records, securing products during transit, providing courteous customer service, following vehicle safety and security procedures, and coordinating with dispatch when applicable. When no deliveries are scheduled, the driver assists with store tasks as needed. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. In Missouri, the driver must have or be willing to obtain a Class E (Chauffeur’s) License.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and meet all state and local regulatory requirements for cannabis delivery.
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle and transport cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• For Missouri: must possess a Class E (Chauffeur’s) License or be willing to acquire one.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to spend multiple hours sitting in a vehicle.

• Previous delivery experience is preferred, but not required.

• Handle and transport cannabis products carefully, keeping them secure and undamaged.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Follow company policies and procedures concerning vehicle maintenance, safety, and security.
• Create efficient routes and, when applicable, communicate with dispatch about delivery assignments and updates.
• Follow traffic laws and regulations and practice safe driving.
• Assist with store tasks when no deliveries are scheduled.
