About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas and provide positive, timely customer service. Drivers are the face of the brand and are expected to communicate enthusiastically, maintain a positive personality, be punctual, and work with a sense of urgency. The position may be part-time or full-time, and schedules are described as flexible. Team members may have opportunities to develop skills and pursue advancement, including management.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
• Navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate diverse delivery sites.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct change.
• Comfort using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform physical tasks including lifting or stacking items weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas promptly to customers in the designated delivery area.
• Communicate with customers enthusiastically and professionally.
• Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate varied terrain and delivery sites while carrying products.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
• Direct activities; perform repetitive tasks; work independently and with others; work under stress; meet quality control standards; coordinate with coworkers and customers; analyze and compile data; and make timely, sound ethical decisions.
• Take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies in designated storage and work areas, and complete related paperwork.
• Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Calculate accurately and quickly, including making correct monetary change.
• Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and lifting or stacking product ingredients and supplies.
