About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas promptly and provide positive customer service. The role may be part-time or full-time, and schedules are described as flexible to accommodate work and life goals. Drivers represent the brand and are expected to communicate enthusiastically with customers, maintain a professional appearance under Domino’s and Team Fox image standards, and work with urgency and punctuality. The position also includes in-store tasks such as processing telephone orders, stocking and taking inventory, and completing related paperwork. Domino’s describes opportunities for team members to develop skills and pursue leadership or management roles.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and meet company-specific standards.
Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, and make timely, sound ethical judgments.
Must be able to stand for most of the shift and perform the physical tasks described, including lifting and/or stacking supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas to customers within the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically with customers and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
Navigate to addresses across varied terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
Work independently and with coworkers, coordinate with customers, and meet quality standards under stress.
Take inventory and move ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and coolers; complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Handle money and provide correct change.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle as needed.
Unload deliveries and lift or stack product ingredients and supplies.
Perform related food preparation tasks, including shaping pizza dough, using a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.
