About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas to customers within a designated delivery area. The role requires enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, a sense of urgency, and a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. Drivers may also support store operations, including taking inventory, stocking ingredients and supplies, processing telephone orders, and completing related paperwork. The position may be part-time or full-time and offers schedules intended to accommodate work and personal commitments, along with potential opportunities for growth within the brand.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, and meet strict quality-control standards.
Must be able to analyze and compile data and make timely, sound ethical judgments and decisions.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touchscreen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to lift and/or stack ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must have hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.
Must be able to spend most of the shift standing and occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas promptly to customers within the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically with customers and provide positive service.
Navigate to addresses across varied terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Take inventory and stock ingredients and supplies in storage, work areas, and coolers.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly.
Complete associated paperwork.
Make accurate monetary change.
Coordinate with coworkers and customers and meet quality-control standards.
