About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified drivers to deliver pizzas to customers. The role may be a main job, a supplemental job, or a second job, with schedules described as flexible and potentially part-time or full-time. Delivery Experts are responsible for delivering orders promptly while providing enthusiastic, professional customer service and representing the Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. The position also includes store tasks such as processing telephone orders, taking inventory, stocking ingredients, and completing related paperwork. Domino’s describes opportunities for team members to develop skills and potentially pursue management or other growth opportunities.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to lift and/or stack product ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to perform duties involving prolonged standing and walking, and occasionally crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas to customers promptly and provide enthusiastic, professional customer communication.
Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate delivery areas, including diverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and private homes while carrying products.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, and make timely, sound ethical decisions.
Take inventory and stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and coolers; complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Make accurate monetary change and perform basic arithmetic, using a calculator if needed.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle as needed.
Unload product deliveries, which arrive two to three times per week.
