About The Position

Domino’s is seeking qualified Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas promptly and provide positive, enthusiastic customer service. Drivers are the face of the brand and are expected to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. The role may involve working part time or full time and can fit around other commitments. Team members may have opportunities to develop skills or pursue growth into management and other roles.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and meet company-specific standards.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate diverse terrain, including multistory buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and work alone or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make timely, sound, ethical decisions.
Must be willing to take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies, and complete associated paperwork.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to perform duties while standing for most of the shift and handle ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, and stair use may be required.
Must have the hand-eye coordination needed for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas and other products to customers within the designated delivery area.
Communicate with customers enthusiastically and professionally, maintaining a positive personality and sense of urgency.
Use maps and navigation skills to locate addresses and navigate varied delivery sites and terrain.
Maintain a professional appearance according to Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Perform repetitive tasks independently and with coworkers, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, and coordinate with coworkers and customers.
Take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas, and complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Handle monetary transactions and provide accurate change.
Unload product deliveries and lift or stack ingredients and supplies as needed.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle as part of work tasks.
Perform food-preparation and related tasks that may include shaping pizza dough, using a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.
