About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with flexible part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than the competition, leading to more money for the drivers.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
Must have a clean driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products.

Responsibilities

Use their own vehicles to deliver Domino's products.
Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings to deliver products.
Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
Carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties, potentially navigating 5+ flights of stairs.
Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
Make several deliveries per shift.
Perform forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station.
Stoop and bend occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reach continuously; up, down and forward, including reaching above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.
Reach down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes.
Reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
Use hands continuously for various tasks including shaping pizza dough, manipulating a pizza peel, using a rolling cutter, and pinching to assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
Grasp cans, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
Talk and hear on the telephone.
Use depth perception as well as near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Use far and night vision for driving.
