About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with flexible part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than the competition, leading to more efficient deliveries and more money. Domino's offers a variety of promotional opportunities such as Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, General Manager and beyond, with 90% of Domino's franchise owners having started as delivery drivers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
• Must have a clean driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products.

Responsibilities

• Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
• Deliver pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.
