About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than the competition, leading to more money for the drivers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Far and night vision required for driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other products using safe driving practices within a designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and potentially 5+ flights of stairs.
• Use cutting edge technology to ensure efficient and safe deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, and work well under stress.
• Meet strict quality control standards.
• Analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.
• Stock ingredients and clean work surfaces.
• Answer phones.
