About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with flexible part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster, leading to more money. This job posting is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Domino’s Pizza LLC. The independent franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must possess the ability to follow directives, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks.
• Far and night vision required for driving.

Responsibilities

• Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings to deliver products.
• Deliver pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties.
• Navigate 5+ flights of stairs during deliveries.
• Make several deliveries per shift.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Analyze and compile data.
• Make good judgments and decisions.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.
