About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Delivery Experts must be at least 18 years old with a clean driving record and a minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving history. Safe driving at all times is a must. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with flexible part-time and full-time hours available. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Must have valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills.
• Must be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Use their own vehicles for deliveries.
• Provide safe driving at all times.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings to deliver products.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties.
• Navigate 5+ flights of stairs during deliveries.
• Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
• Make several deliveries per shift.
• Perform forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
• Perform crouching and bending occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Perform continuous reaching up, down, and forward.
• Perform occasional reaching above 72" to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on signs, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.
• Perform reaching down to scoop cornmeal, wash dishes, and obtain topping ingredients, clean work surfaces, or answer phones.
• Use hands continuously for tasks such as manipulating a pizza peel, using a rolling cutter, and pinching to assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
• Grasp cans, pizza cutters, pizza peels, and pizza boxes.
• Talk and hear on the telephone.
• Use depth perception, and near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Use far and night vision for driving.
