About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Drivers can choose their own schedule, with part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than the competition, leading to more efficient deliveries and more money. The company emphasizes that 90% of Domino's franchise owners started out as delivery drivers or pizza makers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills.

Responsibilities

• Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
• Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties.
• Navigate 5+ flights of stairs during deliveries.
• Read/follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings to deliver products.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.
• Perform pizza assembly tasks, including shaping pizza dough.
• Stock ingredients and shelves.
• Clean work surfaces and low areas.
• Answer phones.
• Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and when using the rolling cutter.
• Assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
• Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
