About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Pekin location. The driver represents the organization while delivering products and providing friendly, professional customer service. The role involves safely operating a vehicle, navigating delivery routes, handling payments, maintaining delivery records, communicating with dispatch and management, and keeping the vehicle clean and safe. The position offers flexible hours and includes customer-facing delivery work throughout the community.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to safely lift and carry delivery items.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for customer service.
• Basic vehicle-maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep.

• Familiarity with the Pekin area, or willingness to quickly learn local routes and neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Navigate assigned routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and handling transactions professionally.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork.
• Inspect the vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Communicate with dispatch and management about delivery status, delays, and customer concerns.
• Handle cash and card payments securely according to company procedures.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization with integrity and professionalism.
