About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products within a designated area. Drivers use their own vehicles and receive mileage reimbursement to help cover fuel and other vehicle-related expenses. Tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid every other Friday. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Have at least one year of verifiable driving history.
• Pass a background check.
• Have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Possess good navigational skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, and work well under stress.
• Be able to meet strict quality-control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Be able to perform the described physical duties, including walking, carrying, climbing, driving, bending, reaching, and frequent hand tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver products to customers within the designated delivery area.
• Use a personal vehicle to make deliveries and follow safe driving practices.
• Navigate to addresses using maps and other navigation skills, including through adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Carry pizzas and beverages between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, including climbing stairs.
• Follow directives and quality-control standards while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform in-store tasks as needed, including assembling pizzas, stocking ingredients and shelves, cleaning, and answering phones.
