About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products safely and efficiently within a designated delivery area. Drivers use their own reliable vehicles and receive mileage reimbursement, tips, and hourly wages. Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily; hourly wages are paid every other Friday. Drivers can choose flexible schedules, with both part-time and full-time shifts available. The role uses delivery technology and may offer opportunities for promotion to Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, General Manager, and beyond.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must have at least one year of verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Must be able to perform the described physical duties, including walking, carrying, climbing, driving, bending, reaching, and frequent hand tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely within a designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift as needed.
• Use safe driving practices and navigate to customer addresses using maps and navigational skills.
• Carry pizzas and beverages between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, including navigating stairs and other terrain.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet strict quality control standards.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Perform in-store tasks as needed, including food preparation, stocking ingredients, cleaning, and answering phones.
