About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers pizzas throughout the resort properties and the city in a timely manner. The role includes collecting and checking orders, packaging and loading food for transport, planning and navigating delivery routes, interacting with customers, maintaining food quality, communicating with restaurant staff, handling customer concerns, and assisting with light restaurant tasks. This is a part- or full-time position requiring night and weekend availability.

Requirements

• Safe driving and adherence to traffic laws.
• Good time management during busy periods.
• Physical stamina for long periods of driving and carrying food.
• Ability to handle unexpected delivery delays or issues.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from the kitchen or POS system and verify their accuracy, completeness, special requests, and food quality.
• Package food securely and organize orders in the vehicle for delivery.
• Plan efficient routes, use GPS when needed, and follow traffic laws to make safe, timely deliveries.
• Greet customers, confirm orders, handle payments, and provide receipts as needed.
• Use insulated bags and deliver within the promised time frame to help ensure food arrives hot.
• Report delays caused by traffic or vehicle issues, update restaurant staff on deliveries, and pick up new orders.
• Handle complaints professionally, notify the restaurant when resolution is needed, and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with light restaurant tasks, such as restocking or organizing delivery bags.
