About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers products by car to customers’ doors and distributes flyers and door hangers. This hourly store-team-member position also involves general store duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing related paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role involves working in varying conditions, including exposure to adverse weather during outside tasks, changing temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Work includes standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting and stocking deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, and frequent reaching, bending, and hand use. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards and access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries. The position pays a fixed hourly rate based on work location: $20.82 per hour in King County or $17.13 per hour in Pierce County, plus mileage and tips. Cash tips are paid daily. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.

Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
