About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas to customers and support store operations. Drivers may work part-time or full-time, and schedules are described as flexible. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
Must possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet strict quality-control standards, and make sound ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to stand for most of the shift, navigate delivery sites and varied terrain, and occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs.
Must be able to lift and/or stack ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must have hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas promptly to customers within the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically with customers and coordinate with coworkers.
Maintain punctuality, a sense of urgency, and a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate diverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Direct activities and perform repetitive tasks, both independently and with others, while meeting quality-control standards.
Take inventory and stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage areas, work areas, and walk-in or reach-in coolers; complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Make accurate monetary change and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Unload product deliveries and lift or stack ingredients and supplies as needed.
