About The Position

Domino’s is seeking qualified Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas quickly and provide a positive customer experience. The role requires enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency. Drivers represent the brand and must maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. The work may include delivery driving as well as taking telephone orders, stocking and inventory tasks, and other store duties. The position may be suitable as a main job, supplemental job, or second job, with schedules described as flexible and available part-time or full-time.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a motor vehicle record check and meet company-specific standards.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to work independently and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, and make timely, sound ethical judgments.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to stand for most of the shift and perform required walking, lifting, stacking, and occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or stair use.
Must have hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.
Must be able to handle ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas and other products to customers within the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically and professionally with customers and coworkers.
Navigate to addresses across varied locations and terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
Take inventory and stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas, coolers, and related locations.
Complete paperwork associated with inventory and stocking.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Perform store tasks such as making pizzas and handling product and supplies as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
