About The Position

Patterson Pizza Company, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver in Garner, North Carolina. Drivers deliver food to customers in the local area while providing friendly, positive customer service. The role also supports store operations by answering phones, taking orders, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting the in-store team when not delivering.

Drivers average $15–$20 per hour in total compensation, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, with stated annual earning potential of $30,000–$40,000. Tips can be taken home at the end of each shift. Flexible scheduling is offered. Eligible employees may receive health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least one year; a learner’s permit does not count.
• Clean driving record, with no more than three violations in two years.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
• Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
• Reliability, teamwork, and energy for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and quickly deliver customer orders in the local area.
• Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly, exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Help maintain store cleanliness by washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
• Assist the in-store team when not making deliveries.
