About The Position

Patterson Pizza Company, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver at its Garner, North Carolina location. Drivers deliver hot, fresh pizza and provide a positive customer experience. Total compensation averages $15–$20 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, with estimated annual total compensation of $30,000–$40,000. Tips can be taken home at the end of each shift.

In addition to driving, the role includes answering phones and taking customer orders, processing payments, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting the in-store team. Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least one year, excluding time with a learner’s permit.
• Clean driving record with no more than three violations in the past two years.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
• Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
• Reliability, teamwork, and the energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly deliver customer orders in the local area.
• Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly customer service with a positive attitude.
• Help maintain store cleanliness by washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
• Assist the in-store team when not making deliveries.
