About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers customer orders safely and on time while providing quality customer service in person and over the phone. The role also includes collecting payments and coupons, checking order accuracy and quality, maintaining the delivery vehicle, and upholding Domino’s grooming, uniform, and appearance standards. Drivers receive cross-training in food preparation, store opening and closing procedures, oven operation, and packaging orders for delivery or carryout. The position contributes to a team-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere.

Requirements

• Ability to speak and write clearly.
• Ability to use a computer-based order entry system.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash and credit card payments and coupons for delivered items.
• Check products for accuracy against quality standards before delivery, and deliver orders safely and in a timely manner.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle passes mechanical and visual inspections.
• Uphold Domino’s grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
• Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
• Respond with urgency when answering store phone lines or assisting carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
