About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products to customers within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing orders, and completing other tasks as assigned. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses in the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
• Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to carry products while walking and climbing, including navigating five or more flights of stairs when required.
• Must be able to lift and handle cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other products by car to customers within the designated delivery area.
• Carry products from the delivery vehicle to customers’ locations, navigating stairs and other delivery-site terrain as needed.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and process customer orders by phone and in person.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and place cases on shelves.
• Perform other store tasks, including removing trash and completing outside tasks.
