About The Position
Delivery Drivers primarily deliver accurate customer orders safely and on time. The role also includes greeting customers, answering phones, taking orders, washing dishes, and preparing pizza while providing excellent customer service. Drivers use their own vehicle for deliveries and may operate the register, process sales, and collect payments. The position pays $17.13 per hour plus tips. Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with Washington law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have at least two years of driving history.
- Be legally licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in Washington.
- Provide a Motor Vehicle Report with no more than two infractions in the past two years.
- Communicate in English verbally and in writing.
- Be able to multitask and manage time.
- Be able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
- Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Be punctual, dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable speaking with strangers.
Responsibilities
- Operate a personal vehicle to deliver customer orders safely and on time.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer phones and take customer orders.
- Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect payment.
- Prepare pizza and other products consistent with Domino’s standards.
- Wash dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
- Make suggestions and help the team when needed.
