About The Position

PNW Domino’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to join its General Manager in Training (GMiT) program. The company describes a positive, collaborative work environment with growth potential. Pay ranges from $19.80 to $22.30 per hour for AM1 through AM4, depending on level. Paid sick leave is provided under Washington State law. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a retail or food service background.
• Lead by example.
• Be able to multitask and manage time.
• Communicate effectively with a team in English, verbally and in writing.
• Be able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Have a positive attitude, dependability, punctuality, and willingness to help others.

Nice To Haves

• Be legally able to operate a motor vehicle in Washington State and have a valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
• Make products according to Domino’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Assist with inventory and cash control.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing.
