About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Columbia location at 3102 Green Meadows Way. The driver delivers packages and products on assigned routes, provides friendly and professional customer service, and represents the organization positively in the community. The role requires safe, efficient driving, careful handling of deliveries, accurate recordkeeping, proactive communication with dispatch, and compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Drivers work toward daily delivery and performance goals while maintaining service quality. Flexible hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route-planning tools.
Ability to safely lift, carry, and load packages.
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic.
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Knowledge of traffic safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers on assigned routes throughout Columbia.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to provide timely and efficient service.
Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the organization positively at every stop.
Handle and protect packages so they arrive in excellent condition.
Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and customer feedback.
Communicate proactively with dispatch about route updates, delays, and customer concerns.
