About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Columbia location at 416 S 9th Street. The driver delivers products throughout the community, provides professional customer service, and helps meet daily delivery goals while working independently and collaborating with the team. The role requires safe vehicle operation, efficient route planning, accurate delivery records, and responsible vehicle upkeep. Drivers may work varying shifts as business demands require.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
At least 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and criminal background check.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing delivery schedules.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and load packages safely.
Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer-service orientation.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
Basic vehicle-maintenance knowledge.
Flexibility to work varying shifts as business demands require.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes throughout Columbia.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to support timely arrivals and excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
Communicate professionally with customers, answer inquiries, and address concerns in a friendly manner.
Handle products carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
Organize and load delivery items efficiently to maximize route productivity.
Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized.
Collaborate with the team to meet daily delivery goals and support operational efficiency.
Maintain and take responsibility for vehicle upkeep.
