About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to serve customers in the designated delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management. Drivers also perform general store-team duties such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The work involves operating store equipment and using a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders. Team members may work in varying temperatures and weather conditions and encounter food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. The role includes standing for most tasks, walking short distances, occasional sitting for paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies, moving trays on dollies, and infrequently using stairs or a ladder.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Have navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses in the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, including by telephone and in person.
Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
Be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Be able to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and perform the listed carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing tasks.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
Perform other outside tasks, including removing trash.
