About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and promptly while providing excellent customer service. Drivers verify orders before leaving the store, provide friendly and professional service, process payments and handle cash accurately, and follow traffic laws, food safety standards, and company procedures. The role also supports store operations by taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, restocking, maintaining an organized work environment, and assisting team members as needed. Drivers represent Domino’s Pizza to customers and are expected to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company grooming standards. Training is provided, and delivery experience is not required. Advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions.

Compensation is $15.92 per hour in the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $2.00 per delivery and tips.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
• Meet company driver eligibility requirements; driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets insurance standards.
• Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Ability to read maps and navigate the delivery area effectively.
• Commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.
• Punctuality, a positive attitude, and ability to work as a team player.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Motor vehicle record review and any background check occur only after a conditional job offer and with written permission.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
