About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and promptly while providing excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour in the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $0.45 per mile and tips. Drivers also support store operations by taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, restocking, and assisting team members. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Advancement opportunities to Assistant Manager and General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least two years.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required insurance.
• Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements; driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets insurance standards, conducted after a conditional offer and with written permission.
• Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Friendly personality and comfort talking to strangers.
• Strong team-player skills, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to read maps and navigate the delivery area effectively.
• Commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders before leaving the store.

• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Take orders and prepare consistent, high-quality products according to Domino’s guidelines.
• Clean, restock, and maintain an organized work environment.
• Follow food safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with grooming standards.
• Support store operations and assist team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
