About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers Domino’s orders safely and on time while providing friendly, professional customer service. The role also supports in-store operations, including taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. Drivers earn $15.92 per hour in the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $2.00 per delivery and tips. Training is provided, and advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least two years.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
• Must meet company driver eligibility requirements; driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets insurance standards, conducted only after a conditional offer and with written permission.
• Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Friendly personality and comfort speaking with strangers.
• Strong teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to read maps and navigate the delivery area effectively.
• Commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders promptly and safely, following traffic laws and responsible driving practices.
• Verify orders before leaving the store.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers at each delivery.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.

• Assist with store operations, including food preparation, cleaning, restocking, and supporting team members.
