About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. Drivers deliver products from the store to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner, verify orders before leaving, process payments and handle cash accurately, and serve as a friendly, professional representative of the company. They also support store operations by taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, restocking, maintaining an organized work environment, and assisting team members as needed. The role includes following food-safety standards, company procedures, grooming standards, and safe-driving practices. Pay is $15.92 per hour while working inside the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus tips and mileage. Training is provided, and advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license held for at least two years.
• Driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets the company's insurance standards; the review takes place after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
• Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort talking to strangers, a friendly personality, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to read maps and navigate the delivery area effectively.
• Commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders promptly and safely while following traffic laws and responsible driving practices.
• Verify orders before leaving the store.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery and create positive first impressions.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Take customer orders and prepare consistent, high-quality products in accordance with company guidelines.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Support store operations and assist team members as needed.
• Follow food-safety standards, company procedures, and grooming standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
