About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. Drivers earn $15.92 per hour while inside the store and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage. They represent Domino’s Pizza by delivering products directly to customers and also support store operations, including taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Advancement opportunities to Assistant Manager and General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required insurance.
• Meet company driver eligibility requirements; driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets insurance standards.
• Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort talking to strangers and a friendly personality.
• Strong teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to read maps and navigate the delivery area effectively.
• Commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders promptly and safely, following traffic laws and responsible driving practices.
• Verify orders before leaving the store.
• Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare consistent, high-quality products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Assist with store operations, including food preparation, cleaning, restocking, and supporting team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with grooming standards.
• Follow food safety standards and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
