About The Position

Teton Distributing is seeking a convenience-store delivery driver for the Rock Springs, Wyoming area. The driver delivers products to convenience stores on an established local route and provides customer service to store owners and customers, resolving complaints or discrepancies. The role requires a valid Class A CDL and applicants must be at least 21 because of the products sold. Drivers must be accurate and able to work without direct supervision. The job may involve loud conditions, outdoor weather exposure during deliveries, and airborne particles and fumes. The position requires lifting up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to convenience stores on an established local route and provide customer service.
Resolve customer complaints or discrepancies.
Record delivery, buy-back, and variance information on the daily delivery record.
Rotate displays, coolers, and back stock.
Operate hand trucks and/or electric pallet jacks to unload the truck.
Display beverage merchandise on shelves, in showcases, and on retail sales floors.
Arrange products according to a prearranged plan or management-approved ideas.
Construct or assemble display aids using company-provided point-of-sale materials.
Place price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floors.
Regularly clean shelves, coolers, and other display structures.
Transfer products from customer stock rooms to designated floor or cooler displays to comply with sell-by dates, maximize product on display, and minimize stock-room inventory.
Collect or pick up empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise.
Conduct or supervise truck loading and unloading and secure loads.
Obtain or provide customer signatures on receipts for pickups or deliveries.
