About The Position

The CDL B Delivery Driver safely operates automatic-transmission straight trucks and box trucks to deliver pre-sold products to customer accounts. Each route is supported by a Delivery Helper who assists with unloading. The role helps provide safe, efficient, and professional delivery service while maintaining product quality standards. Work is performed indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold. The position is full-time, hourly, and non-exempt, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 5:45 a.m.; end times vary from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. depending on the route and daily workload. The pay range is $28.00–$36.00 per hour. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is paid in installments: $750 on day 90 and $750 on day 180.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 21 years of age, as required to transport alcohol.
Active CDL Class B license in good standing.
At least 1 year of experience operating CDL B trucks.
Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 5:45 a.m., with end times varying from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. depending on route and delivery volume.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Effective time-management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills when interacting with clients and team members.
Ability to stoop, bend, lift, and twist regularly.
Ability to lift approximately 55 pounds.
Ability to operate a two-handed hand truck on inclines and stairs.
Ability to walk frequently up and down stairs and inclines.
Sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

Operate the company vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic laws and regulations.
Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
Rotate stock and place products in appropriate dry and refrigerated storage areas.
Ensure pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier.
Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members.
Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report maintenance or repair needs.
