About The Position

The Merchandiser displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and retail sales floors. The role is based in Gillette, Wyoming, and involves arranging products, maintaining displays and signage, moving stock from customer storage areas to displays, ordering products for assigned accounts, and communicating with store personnel about service and product needs. Display work may follow management plans or approved ideas from the Merchandiser. The role may include other duties assigned by a supervisor. Applicants must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Arrange products according to a prearranged plan or the merchandiser’s ideas approved by management.
Place price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floors.
Transfer products from customer stock rooms to floor displays to comply with “Sell By” dates, maximize in-store product, and minimize stock-room inventory.
Order products for assigned accounts according to established procedures to prevent out-of-stock conditions.
Develop display ideas or follow suggestions or schedules from the Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
Communicate daily with key store personnel about service or product needs.
Construct or assemble display aids using company-provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
Perform other duties assigned by an immediate or other supervisor.
