About The Position

Deliver Domino’s products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area, and distribute flyers and door hangers. The role also includes general store team-member duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement into management and other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and delivery sites.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, and reaching.
• Far and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area; a team member may make several deliveries per shift.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate delivery locations, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Carry products while walking and climbing during deliveries.
